TBBX is designed around industry exclusivity within assigned groups. An approved member may receive a protected industry position while membership remains active and in good standing.
Industry classifications and availability are determined by TBBX. TBBX may clarify, modify, or resolve overlapping industry categories when necessary to preserve fairness and community value.
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with TBBX Community Standards.

Approved members may receive access to the TBBX Member Portal. Portal credentials are intended only for the authorized member or approved representative.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account.
TBBX may suspend or revoke portal access when membership is no longer active, when credentials are misused, or when necessary to protect the platform or community.
TBBX may offer monthly online meetings, networking opportunities, member communications, and other community activities.
Meeting schedules, formats, attendance expectations, and participation requirements may be updated from time to time.
Participation in TBBX does not guarantee referrals, customers, revenue, contracts, sales, or other business outcomes.
Members may choose to refer or introduce other members based on their own professional judgment.
TBBX does not require members to provide referrals and does not guarantee the quality, suitability, performance, pricing, licensing, or results of any member's services.
Any transaction, agreement, service, payment, or business relationship between members or between a member and a third party is solely between those parties.
Members may submit business descriptions, logos, profile photos, websites, social media links, service information, and other professional content for display within the member portal or directory.
Members are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is accurate and that they have the right to use and publish it.
TBBX may remove, edit, limit, or decline content that is misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, technically problematic, or inconsistent with community standards.

The TBBX name, branding, logos, website design, portal design, written content, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tampa Bay Business Exchange unless otherwise stated.
Members retain ownership of their own business names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and content submitted to TBBX.
TBBX relies on third-party technology providers for website hosting, authentication, CRM services, email communications, forms, automation, video meetings, and other operational functions.
TBBX is not responsible for temporary outages, changes, errors, limitations, or policies of third-party providers that are outside TBBX's reasonable control.
TBBX provides a platform for business owners to meet, communicate, build relationships, and exchange voluntary referrals.
TBBX does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, leads, customers, sales, revenue, contracts, or other financial results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TBBX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from participation in the community, use of the website or member portal, referrals, third-party services, or interactions between members.
Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into business relationships, agreements, referrals, or transactions.
TBBX may review membership when conduct, inactivity, misrepresentation, misuse of member information, professional concerns, or other circumstances may affect the trust or integrity of the community.
When appropriate, TBBX may communicate with a member and provide an opportunity to clarify or resolve a concern before suspension or removal.
TBBX may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue website features, portal functionality, meeting formats, membership processes, community tools, or other services as the organization evolves.
Member feedback may be considered when evaluating future improvements, but TBBX retains final responsibility for platform and community decisions.
