Business owners have customers, appointments, employees, and responsibilities that cannot always wait. That is why TBBX monthly meetings are designed to be professional, useful, and flexible.
Meetings are held once a month through Google Meet from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Members may join from their office, home, vehicle, job site, or phone.

The first group meeting is required so every member can be properly introduced. After that, flexibility is encouraged—but continued communication and participation help protect each member's industry position.

Members are expected to protect the integrity of the community, and TBBX is equally committed to providing a professional, respectful, and relationship-focused environment where every approved business has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and remembered.

Each approved member's industry position will be respected within their assigned group as long as membership remains active and in good standing.

Representative Flexibility
The business owner does not always have to attend personally. A secretary, office manager, employee, or trusted representative may join when they can properly represent the business.

TBBX will remain focused on genuine familiarity, trust, and long-term professional relationships—not pressure, quotas, or forced referrals.

Membership Review
Protecting the Trust Behind Every Referral.
TBBX is built on the confidence members place in one another. When one business is recommended, that referral reflects on the member making it and on the reputation of the entire community.
Membership concerns are handled carefully and professionally. A review does not automatically mean removal. Whenever appropriate, TBBX may first communicate with the member, clarify the situation, and provide an opportunity to resolve the concern.
Any final decision is made only when necessary to protect member confidence, industry exclusivity, professional conduct, and the integrity of TBBX.
The purpose of a membership review is not punishment. It is to protect the trusted environment every approved member depends on.
Whenever possible, communication and resolution come first. Suspension or removal is reserved for circumstances where the trust or integrity of the community can no longer be reasonably protected.
Membership May Be Reviewed For
Serious or repeated conduct that could weaken community trust.
Misrepresentation
Providing materially false or misleading information about the business, services, credentials, licensing, or experience.
Unprofessional Conduct
Behavior that is consistently disrespectful, disruptive, dishonest, threatening, or harmful to another member.
Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, or unwanted behavior directed toward members, guests, or representatives.
Misuse of Member Information
Using contact information for spam, unsolicited mass marketing, unauthorized sharing, or purposes unrelated to the community.
Serious Ethical Concerns
Conduct, complaints, or business practices that create a reasonable concern about honesty, safety, or professional integrity.
Repeated Disconnection
Repeated unexplained absences or a long-term lack of participation that prevents the member from maintaining meaningful relationships.
Failure to Maintain Active Membership
Members are expected to participate in their assigned monthly meeting. Repeated absences or failure to remain actively engaged may result in a membership review and may lead to forfeiture of an industry seat so it can be offered to another qualified business.
